Delivery Information

  • All orders are shipped by Federal Express (FedEx) to continental USA addresses only. All rates on our site are calculated automatically by FedEx. For more about FedEx rates and policies please visit
  • Perishable items must be shipped via Next Day Air or Second Day. Any order containing perishable food will not ship and your order may be cancelled automatically.¬†We will attempt to contact you about any issues related to shipping so we may correct the shipping method and confirm the shipping charge with you before cancelling your order.
  • Perishable foods ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays when you select Second Day. Weekend delivery may not be available in your area and we will not ship food that will be stored in a warehouse over a weekend or holiday before it arrives to you. You must be available to receive your perishable foods upon arrival and refrigerate the contents of your package(s).
  • We cannot guarantee against spoilage of any perishable foods shipped to PO Boxes or military destinations. Please inspect the contents of your package(s) upon delivery and email us immediately should you notice any spoilage. Refrigerate perishable foods immediately upon arrival. We cannot guarantee against spoilage caused by warm weather zone destinations, especially in summer months.
  • Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for orders to be processed. When all items are in stock and ready for shipping, you will begin to receive email notifications and tracking information from us and/or FedEx directly. Once your order has left our facility, you may track its progress at
